The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting IT products and services to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector (B2B or B2C). Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Present and promote IT services/solutions (e.g., software development, web/app development, cloud services, ERP/CRM solutions). Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients. Handle pre-sales activities including RFPs/RFQs, proposals, and negotiations. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor analysis. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.Key Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in IT sales, software solutions, or technology services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-driven with a passion for sales and achieving targets. Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Preferred Experience :- Experience working in IT services companies or tech startups. Exposure to international markets (US/UK/Singapore/UAE) is an advantage.
