Hiring "Product Manager-Credit Card " in a leading Bank.Location- Vashi (Mumbai) / Kolkata Head OfficeDesignation-Manager/Sr. ManagerProduct Manager would be responsible for product planning, designing, creation, delivery, and marketing of credit cards catalogue throughout the product lifecycle.Any MBA / Graduation (Full Time)/ Preferred Post Graduation with min 6-10 years experience with Deep understanding of different credit card types and their features. Knowledge of credit risk, fraud prevention, and credit scoring systems.Conducting customer interviews, surveys, and analysing user feedback to understand needs and pain points.Designing and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience, from acquiring the card to ongoing management (rewards tracking, billing, payments)Defining and tracking key performance indicators for card adoption, customer retention, revenue generation.Working with third-party vendors such as payment processors, loyalty program providers, and fraud detection systems to integrate their solutions.Duties and Responsibilities: •Conduct new product design and development, exploring potential and innovative businessopportunities. • Research and analyse customer, market, and competition trends in line with corporate and business strategies. • Provide tactical support relating to product, market trends, customer needs, competition products. • Prepare and manage regular updates of product catalogues and manuals across all acquisition channels. • Responsible for setting up of the standard processes, updating policies, adhering to regulatory and bank compliances for credit cards.Candidate from Banking domain are preferred .Interested candidates share resume -Bhumika@
