Our Events Division also organises high-profile conferences and awards, and we’re home to India’s first Smart Cities Council.Website: Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably from recruitment agencies or consultancies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in non-IT hiring and be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across India.Key Responsibilities:·Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.·Hire for non-IT roles including Sales, Editorial, Research, Events, and Support.·Conduct telephonic screening and first-round interviews.·Handle salary discussions and offer rollouts.·Liaise with hiring managers and department heads to close positions efficiently.·Maintain hiring TAT with a target of 5–6 closures per month.·Contribute to basic HR operations as needed.Requirements:·2 to 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably non-IT and consultancy background).·Strong in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:·A collaborative and energetic work culture.·Exposure to varied roles and pan-India hiring.·Opportunity to grow within the HR function.·The office is located 5 minutes from Sewri station.Salary: Based on current CTC and experience.To Apply: Send your resume to hr1@ with your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
