We are aligned to the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and have been involved in several transformative programmes, in the areas of health, water, sanitation and hygiene, solid waste management, women and child development, social protection and inclusion, rural development and livelihoods, to help ensure inclusive growth.>>Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the implementation of project activities in alignment with the overall objectives. - Coordinate with stakeholders including government departments, local bodies, and community-based organizations. - Design and oversee capacity-building initiatives and behavioral change strategies. - Monitor project progress, ensure timely reporting, and manage project documentation. - Provide strategic guidance to the project team and ensure quality assurance in deliverables. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and partners.>>Required Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or Master’s in Social Work / Rural Development from a recognized institution.>>Experience:- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in: - Project Management, and/or - Capacity Building, and/or - Behavioral Change Strategies - Experience must include work with National or State Government programmes or Local Body programmes.>>Skills and Competencies:- Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with government systems and development sector frameworks.>>Desirable:- Prior experience in managing large-scale development projects. - Knowledge of local language(s) and socio-cultural context.
