This role ensures the timely delivery of goods to stores, Service Centers, and ports by coordinating with partner carriers. Additionally, the manager identifies and resolves operational issues while supporting the development and implementation of packaging strategies for existing components, new product launches, cost-saving initiatives, and other supply chain improvements.Job description: Plan and Monitor Logistics Operations- Oversee warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain processes. Develop and Implement Strategies -Streamline processes and reduce costs while ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met. Metrics Reporting and Data Analysis -Identify issues and opportunities for process improvements through performance metrics and data analysis. Partner and Communicate with Stakeholders -Maintain effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, customers, showrooms, and service centers. Budget Management -Create and manage the department budget. Supervise Warehousing Activities -Oversee LSP warehousing productivity, process organization, and stock accuracy, including KPI control and reporting. Claims Management -Handle transportation claims promptly and ensure the claims process is followed correctly. Analyze and Improve Carrier Performance- Assess carrier performance in terms of damages and on-time deliveries, and develop countermeasures and improvement plans.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering. 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations. Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution. Strong team player. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
