You’ll help create a positive and seamless experience for every player, whether they’re new to the game or seasoned veterans.This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pune, India. Applicants must currently reside in Pune or be willing to relocate.✅ Your Responsibilities Engage with customers via email and live chat, providing timely and effective support. Address inquiries related to gameplay, account management, technical issues, and promotions. Collaborate closely with Payment, Risk, and Fraud teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Contribute proactively to enhancing customer experience. Support team members in daily tasks and activities. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer-first attitude. Suggest practical improvements to enhance business processes.What You Bring to the Table Previous experience in customer support, tech support, or live chat roles is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Passion for gaming or a strong interest in online poker (no need to be a pro). Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly connect the dots across different issues and systems. Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy. Effective collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and a quick learner.
