The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing electrical home appliances such as mixer grinders, juicers, sandwich makers, and toasters. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sourcing lifecycle, including new product development, vendor development, quality assurance, and commercial negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sourcing and procurement of small electrical kitchen appliances. Drive new product development in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers for components and finished goods. Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with design and product teams to align sourcing with product development goals. Conduct price negotiations and finalize contracts to ensure cost efficiency. Ensure on-time procurement and delivery to meet business timelines. Establish long-term vendor relationships while maintaining competitive pricing. Regularly visit suppliers’ facilities and monitor performance and production quality. Requirements: 8 – 10 years of relevant sourcing experience in the electrical appliance industry Strong exposure to products such as mixer grinders, juicers, sandwich makers, and toasters. Proven track record in vendor development, new product introduction, and cost negotiation. Strong understanding of quality standards, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
