With facilities in India, the US, and China, we support both D2C brands and white-label PoD platforms through custom tooling, printing, and logistics. We’re now entering a new phase of scale — and seeking an experiencedDirector – Print on Demand (PoD)to lead this division end-to-end.Role Overview:This is afoundational leadership role . As Director – PoD, you willbuild the new business vertical from scratch , define its structure, recruit and develop a high-performance team, and take ownership of every component — from platform and process to production and performance.You’ll lead the execution of agreenfield PoD projectthat spans software, hardware, operations, product development, and customer success. Your mission is to transform SB eCommerce into the most reliable, efficient, and quality-focused tech accessory PoD platform in the market.As the Director – PoD, you will beaccountable for the vision, growth, and executionof our entire print-on-demand ecosystem. From customer acquisition and tech platform execution to factory-floor printing and final mile dispatch, you’ll architect the systems, lead the people, and drive the outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Own theentire PoD business vertical— strategy, execution, P&L Lead and aligncross-functional teamsacross production, tech, design, account management, and logistics Oversee and scaleprint infrastructure : sublimation, UV, DTF, 3D vacuum forming, etc. Drivecustomer onboarding and successfor both B2B and D2C clients globally Ensure seamless integration withplatforms like Shopify, Etsy, Amazonusing custom-built tools (e.g., DemandLink) Champion the development and rollout ofinternal tooling and automation systemsto reduce manual overhead Guide the team throughnew product launches(phone cases, AirPods, iPad cases, packaging, etc.) from concept to market Establish and monitorkey performance metricsacross speed, quality, fulfillment accuracy, and cost Build strategic partnerships with tech vendors, print suppliers, couriers, and fulfillment tech platforms Act as a thought leader onsupply chain efficiency, lead time compression, and customer experience innovation Lead and mentor managers — build the next layer of leadership underneath youWhat We’re Looking For: 8–15 years of experience inprint-on-demand, manufacturing, or eCommerce fulfillment leadership Proven success in managinglarge-scale PoD or dropshipping operations Strong working knowledge ofPoD platforms, Shopify/Etsy API ecosystems, printing tech, and backend logistics Hands-on experience withwhite-label PoD workflows , marketplace integrations, and order automation Exposure tofactory operations, printing tech (UV, sublimation, DTF), and quality control systems Strategic thinking combined with operational execution — you can define the roadmap and deliver it Tech- and data-savvy — comfortable working with product teams and platform engineers Inspirational leadership — ability to lead with clarity, speed, and high accountability Bonus: Experience working with global fulfillment brands, or building PoD from scratch
