GradRight is also the winner of the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India.Role Summary:The Enrollment Manager – Degree Programs (Inside Sales) is responsible for driving student enrollment for online and hybrid degree programs through consultative inside sales. In addition to managing their own admissions funnel, the Enrollment Manager will lead a team of enrollment executives, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain a high standard of student engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Team Management & Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enrollment executives, setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensuring performance tracking and development.- Lead Conversion: - Personally engage and convert prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video counseling to set a high standard for the team.- Counseling & Advising: - Train and support the team in providing accurate, personalized counseling about programs, career outcomes, and admissions requirements.- Target Achievement: - Drive and own team-level and individual admission targets across assigned programs, tracking performance and taking corrective action as needed.- CRM Management: - Ensure accurate and timely CRM usage across the team; analyze data to identify bottlenecks in the admissions funnel.- Pipeline Nurturing: - Guide the team on lead prioritization, nurturing strategies, and drip campaigns to increase conversion rates.- Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, academic, and student support teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth applicant experience.- Reporting: - Generate and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to senior leadership.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate qualification preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in inside sales, admissions, or edtech, with at least 4 years in a team leadership or managerial role. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales/enrollment targets. - Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.Preferred Skills:- Experience in online education or higher education sales. - Familiarity with CRM platforms - Strong understanding of student decision-making behavior and sales funnel optimization. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
