We integrate last-mile extension, input linkages, aggregation, processing, collective marketing, exports, training, and certification—creating a seamless, farmer-first platform.Role OverviewAs Business Head & COO, you’ll act as SRACPL’s on-ground CEO. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive our multi-year FPO strategy, and manage cross-vertical teams to deliver impact and sustainable growth. Deep FPO expertise, strong agribusiness acumen, and collaborative leadership are essential.Key Responsibilities• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Board on SRACPL’s roadmap; chair Executive Committee; engage banks, insurers, government, and agtech partners.• Producer & Vertical Management: Lead member mobilization and digital/field agronomy; oversee input supply, microcredit/KUSUM facilitation, mechanization hubs; manage aggregation, primary processing, ColdChain, and “SRACPL Premium” value-addition.• Market Linkages & Exports: Secure domestic/institutional off-takes and coordinate export compliance with full traceability.• Digital Platform: Scale NetHub™—farmer registration, e-marketplace, digital wallet, and real-time dashboards.• Capacity Building: Drive training programs (Barefoot CEO, women’s value chains), partner with KVKs for workshops.• Certification & Compliance: Manage FSSAI, organic, FairTrade, and GlobalG.A.P. certifications.• P&L & Financial Sustainability: Own P&L; diversify revenue (subscriptions, transaction fees, service charges, royalties); secure SFAC/PMFME/KUSUM/APEDA grants; engage investors.• People & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing agronomy, operations, finance, marketing, and tech team; set clear KPIs and foster a “Producer-First” culture.• Technology & Innovation: Partner with CTO to deploy digital advisories, IoT, data analytics, and emerging agritech (drones, blockchain).• Government Grants & Advocacy: Identify and manage FPO grants/subsidies; liaise with SFAC, NABARD, KVK, and state agri-departments.Qualifications & Prior Experience• Education: MBA/PGDM (Agribusiness Management, Rural Management, or equivalent); Bachelor’s in Agriculture/Economics/Engineering is a plus.• Experience: 12+ years in agribusiness, including 5+ years in senior FPO or Producer Company leadership; track record scaling rural value chains, collective marketing, and member governance.• Skills: Robust P&L management, blended finance (grants, debt, equity), digital platform deployment, stakeholder negotiation, and board-level reporting.Why Join SRACPL?• Transform Farmer Livelihoods through an integrated FPO model• Entrepreneurial ownership to build and scale agritech solutions• Collaborative culture with social-impact focusReady to Make a Difference?Send your resume and a brief cover letterFounder & CEONiranjan Singh#Hiring #FPOLeadership #COO #AgriTech #ProducerCompany #FarmerFirst #SRACPL
