Ideal candidates will have EdTech experience, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to connect with learners personally.Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospects about our online live bootcamps and courses based on their background and career aspirations.Explain the benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and ROI of SalesAI Academy’s programs in a compelling way.Build trust and rapport with learners, addressing doubts and concerns effectively.Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback for overall projects experienceRequired Skills:3+ years of experience in counselling for professional courses or B2B sales is highly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong listening and interpersonal skills with a learner-first approach.Ability to convert warm leads through consultative sales techniques.Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving mindset.Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment.
