Are you a performance-driven marketer with a creative edge and technical prowess across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and more? Limurse is looking for a Marketing & Advertising Specialist to lead the charge in our paid media campaigns, end-to-end.What You'll Do:Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.Develop creative briefs and produce scroll-stopping visuals and engaging video content tailored for each platform.Continuously A/B test ad creatives and copy to increase conversions and reduce CPA.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to refine performance.You Should Be Amazing At:Building, managing, and scaling ad campaigns with clear ROI benchmarks.Designing high-converting static and video creatives or coordinating with creatives to do so.Copywriting that converts, especially direct-response copy.Funnel strategy and landing page optimization to support ad traffic.Understanding pixel implementation, retargeting, and full-funnel tracking.Bonus Points:Familiarity with Alex Hormozi-style offers and direct response tactics.Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software.Background in tech, SaaS, or consumer products.
