We are looking for a proactive Monetization Executive to drive revenue, onboard premium clients, and implement cutting-edge monetization strategies.Key Responsibilities-1. Client AcquisitionIdentify, pitch, and onboard new clients to leverage Explurger’s platform for monetization.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of advertisers, brands, and agencies.2. Account ManagementDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions.3.Campaign Execution and OptimizationCollaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, aligning them with client objectives.Monitor campaign performance, optimize delivery, provide detailed insights, and post-campaign analysis to clients.4. Revenue GrowthAchieve and surpass revenue targets through innovative sales strategies and client retention efforts.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.5. Market Analysis and Strategic InputStay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Explurger’s monetization offerings and competitive positioning.6. Agency and Brands connect will be a plus Qualifications and Skills -1. Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred).2. Experience: 2–3 years in digital sales, or platform monetization (agency experience is a plus).3. Strong understanding of digital advertising terms and tools (CPM, CPC, programmatic ads)4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and reporting.6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.7. Familiarity with AI, digital trends, and emerging technologies in the advertising ecosystem.8. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients.9. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.10.
