Location: BangaloreBathStory is seeking someone to join our inside sales team. As an Inside sales executive, your role involves engaging with potential customers online, making outbound calls, scheduling site visits, and providing comprehensive product information to interested leads.Responsibilities:Engage with leads generated through our CRM applicationInitiate outbound calls to qualify leads and provide product information.Schedule appointments for on-site meetings to showcase our shower partitions and offer personalized consultations.Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of BathStory's shower enclosures.Address post-visit queries and concerns to drive closures.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.Maintain accurate customer interaction records using official Zoho CRM.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional BathStory products or services.Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive phone manner.Motivated by sales targets and success in a digital environment.Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is preferred.Join BathStory's dynamic digital sales team and engage with customers primarily through digital channels while facilitating on-site meetings.
