With a strong presence in schools and colleges, we offer a wide range of solutions, including SaaS-based B2B platforms, competitive exam prep (online and offline), a chain of K-12 schools under the "Mindtree" brand, and B2B services for college branding and admissions.Role Description:Engage with leads through calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visitsTravel to schools to conduct demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers. It will include occasional travel across India, as required.Achieve sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting Business Development Managers in the allocated citiesMaintain an accurate record and report of all existing and potential clients in CRMProvide exceptional after-sales service to ensure renewalRequirements:Graduation/Post-Graduation in any streamMinimum of 2 years of sales experience; preferably in the educational sectorGood personality, communication skills and confidence for events/seminarsWinning mentality with key skills such as Patience, Critical Thinking & Problem SolvingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftFixed shiftWeekend availabilityEducation: Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Required)total work: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person
