Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Itinerary Management: Design, plan, and customize travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, transport services, and other travel partners to secure bookings.Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide travel assistance, and resolve operational issues efficiently.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all travel documents (visas, tickets, insurance) are arranged and meet regulatory requirements.Operational Execution: Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments to travel plans.Cost Management: Negotiate with suppliers for best rates and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.Technology Utilization: Work with inhouse travel management softwareReporting & Feedback: Prepare operational reports, analyze customer feedback, and improve service standards.Requirement:6-7 Years of Experience in same field Good Communication SkillsKindly share your resume at palak.1243@
