About Us:Job Description: Software Solutions LeadDepartment/Function:E&D(PSG)Job Summary/Objective:The Software Solutions Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of software solutions within the fintech payment domain and Track & Trace product suite. This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to deliver innovative solutions, including payment processing and billing systems, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:· Design and develop robust fintech payment solutions tailored to the organization’s product portfolio.· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Track & Trace product suite with advanced software solutions.· Integrate payment functionalities seamlessly into existing systems.· Lead the development and implementation of efficient billing systems to streamline customer invoicing and payment processes.· Ensure the billing systems support diverse payment methods and currencies.· Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in software engineering are followed.· Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.· Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.· Gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions meet customer and market needs.· Define and oversee testing protocols to ensure software solutions are reliable, bug-free, and perform optimally.· Collaborate with QA teams to address any identified issues.· Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all software solutions.· Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and challenges.· Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in fintech and Track & Trace systems.· Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product offerings and processes.Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, In a Team handling or leadership role. Proven expertise in fintech payment solutions, billing systems, or related domainsSkill sets: 1. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of core IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts.2. Proven skillset and experience with a career path focused on public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).3. SME level knowledge of Kubernetes and containers with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex environments.4. Ability to lead conversations focused at various audiences including technical, business, and executive level.5. Good people skills to manage National and international stakeholders as per project requirements.6. Be passionate in regard to continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership.7. Experience and ability to code and understand developer workflows. Git, CI/CD, helm, terraform and experience with Android studio, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Windows environment
