The role focuses on aligning student engagement strategies with global best practices, enhancing international opportunities, and ensuring the execution of joint institutional goals across academic, marketing, and enrolment areas.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Experience & Engagement· Lead strategy development and implementation for student recruitment, engagement, and retention across Cintana India partner institutions.· Collaborate with student bodies and campus teams to align extracurricular and co-curricular activities with Cintana-ASU engagement touchpoints.· Support retention monitoring processes and student support interventions with partner institutions.· Build a unified Cintana student community across institutions in India by aligning experiences, activities, and communication.· Facilitate student voice through structured forums and feedback loops involving student representatives and institutional leaders.· Promote student/faculty exchanges, short-term mobility programs, and global pathways (e.g., dual/joint degrees) with ASU and the Cintana Alliance.· Coordinate student communications, including newsletters, social media, digital updates, and key student announcements related to the Cintana-ASU experience.Student Support Services· Provide expert advisory and resource development for:· - Living and studying in the USA· - Tuition, funding options, and available financial aid· - Visa, transfer, and global mobility requirementsSales, Marketing & Outreach Support· Partner with institutions to develop marketing and outreach strategies, including branding, event planning, student research, and lead generation.· Offer insights from the field to refine messaging and support student expectation management.Institutional Account Management· Act as the key point of contact for assigned partner institutions, fostering strategic relationships with academic and administrative leaders.· Lead the implementation of Joint Strategic Plans with partner universities, ensuring timely and measurable progress.· Plan and manage regular reviews including quarterly review meetings· Track key operational deliverables such as enrollment targets, marketing campaigns, academic portfolio expansion, and infrastructure/capex investments.· Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Cintana, ASU teams, and institutional leadership to resolve challenges and drive joint success.Strategic Insights & Sector Innovation· Recommend continuous improvements to the student experience, informed by global benchmarks and institutional feedback.· Stay abreast of higher education innovations, policy developments, and student lifecycle trends to inform Cintana’s India strategy.· Build and maintain networks across the education sector to gather and share insights on evolving student expectations and institutional practices.Candidate ProfileMinimum Qualifications· Master’s degree in Higher Education, Business, Student Affairs, or related field (Doctorate preferred)· At least 10 years of experience in higher education or student engagement roles· Demonstrated success in managing key institutional partnerships or multi-campus initiatives· Familiarity with global education trends, international mobility programs, and student lifecycle managementKey Competencies· Strategic thinking and operational execution· Relationship and stakeholder management· Student-centric approach and service orientation· Global mindset and intercultural fluency· Strong communication and presentation skills· Project and process management· Analytical and data-informed decision making· High integrity, discretion, and professional judgmentWhy Join Cintana?· Be part of a dynamic global team shaping the future of higher education· Collaborate with world-class institutions including Arizona State University· Contribute to transformative student experiences and institutional innovation· Work in a mission-driven, agile, and globally networked organizationApplication ProcessTo apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the role and alignment with Cintana’s mission.
