Strategist - Integrated Brand SolutionsBudget - 10 LPALooking for candidates from Media Agency Background (Influencer Marketing, PR or Digital Marketing Agency)About Qoruz, the Journey, and Life at Qoruz: the Role:The Strategist would be a part of Qoruz’ central Brand solutioning team, and isresponsible for coming up with digital strategies keeping in mind current trends, brandpositioning, content and working on ideation and applications for the brands’ objectives. Thisis for someone who is pumped about working on ideas that bring about new brandacquisition and partnerships for Qoruz.Ideally for someone who can see the value and growth of Influencers and Creators in SocialMedia, and want to be a part of a rapidly growing media, i.e. Creators.Primary Responsibilities:● Building and executing strategy to get brands partners to deliver best-in-class resultsvia bringing about adoption of Qoruz marketing solutions and services● The ability to think about clients' problems with regards to the objectives to beachieved through Influencer and Creator collaborations (on various Social platformslike FB, Twitter, YT, Insta)● Guiding and working alongside with ops teams to ensure client brand’s campaigndeliverables & objectives are creatively and efficiently met Monitor campaign deliveryand make adjustments/recommendations accordingly● Besides Brand partner’s briefing, identify opportunities and/or challenges in abusiness where Qoruz solutions and Creator assets can provide a solution,identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.● Effectively manage all daily tasks as well as guide development and education ofAssistant Strategist and the creative strategy team.Secondary Responsibilities:● Monitor Digital & Creator Economy industry trends and competitor offerings toidentify new potential business avenues and improve current solutions, offerings andstructure.● Showcasing case studies internally within the Organization which might have / mightnot have been used by the client which could help in pitching a similar concept toother clients.● Build briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas true toconsumers and insights.Requirements and Qualification:● 3+ years of experience in Social Media marketing, with a knowledge on influencermarketing is a MUST.● Hands-on experience working on client pitches, involving insights + creative +strategy.● Expertise in making slick presentations that engross the viewer’s attentioncompleting a holistic view.● Being adept with martech, digital and social listening tools is a plus.
