Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Chennai. The Patient Coordinator's primary responsibilities include managing reception duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with pet owners, and managing phone calls. This role also involves understanding and using medical terminology accurately in a veterinary setting. Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and communication skillsExperience in appointment scheduling and receptionist dutiesFamiliarity with medical terminology, especially in a veterinary contextExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a veterinary or medical environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is beneficial
