Role SummaryAs our Performance Marketing & Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, digital marketing, and business strategy. Leveraging 2+ years of hands-on experience, you will measure and optimize paid-media campaigns, build analytical frameworks, and deliver insights that shape growth across IRA Realty’s portfolio of residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Analytics & OptimizationPlan, launch and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, affiliate).Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV), running A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous improvement.Business Analysis & StrategyPartner with Finance, Sales, Product and Leadership teams to define business requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.Build forecasting and budget-allocation models that align marketing spend with revenue goals and market trends.Conduct market, competitive and customer-segmentation analyses to inform go-to-market strategies.Data Reporting & VisualizationDevelop and maintain automated dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio) for both marketing and broader business metrics.Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and risks—translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.Technical Excellence & Process ImprovementWrite SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and aggregate data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data warehouses.Audit and ensure accurate tag implementation across web and mobile analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase).Document and standardize processes for campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and data governance.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2+ years in performance marketing analytics, business analysis, or a combined marketing/BA role.Analytical Tools: Expert with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager; experience with one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Technical Skills:Excel mastery (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).Statistical & Attribution Knowledge: Proficient in attribution modeling, funnel and cohort analyses, LTV/CAC calculations.Communication: Strong storytelling ability—able to present complex analyses and business cases to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or related; MBA or relevant Post-Graduation is a plus.Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Experience with CRM/engagement platforms.Background in real estate, B2B, or high-growth startup environments.Certifications such as Google Analytics IQ or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).Why join IRA RealtyImpactful Projects: Contribute to high-visibility launches across our growing real estate portfolio.Data-Driven Culture: Shape marketing and business decisions with robust analytics and clear insights.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Project and Creative teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.Growth & Learning: Access ongoing training, certifications, and the opportunity to scale your role as IRA Realty expands.
