About the Company: Hanu Reddy Realty is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Mysore Branch as Resident Vice President. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving the growth and success of our operations in Mysore.About the Role: Vice President ( Real Estate sales) - Mysore BranchResponsibilities:Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Mysore branch, ensuring smooth functioning and growth.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of realtors and office staff.Continuously monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.Oversee and authorize branch accounts and payments with strict compliance and transparency.Plan and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to senior management covering branch activities, market trends, and major deals.Actively participate in deal negotiations and support the team to close transactions across various segments.Uphold and promote company values, ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism within the branch.Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or any Luxury sales.Strong and detailed knowledge of the Mysore real estate market.Demonstrated success in closing deals across one or more segments: Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Warehouse.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and the team.Passionate about business growth and team development, with a hands-on approach to managing operations.Pay: Up to ₹60,000 CTC per month (based on skills) + commission on each deal closed by the branch.
