As we scale, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager who understands not just how to move goods — but how to do it smart, fast, and fully compliant.ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatches via express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, etc.)Handle both domestic and international freight movements (air/sea/road)Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier partnersMaintain full compliance across import/export documentation in India, US, China, Korea, and other key marketsClose RBI-related documentation: Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, Advance License, Duty Credit ScriptsCoordinate with DGFT, Customs, and CHA for clearances and schemesTrack and report real-time logistics KPIs (TAT, landed cost, delays, compliance issues)Support order management team with delivery timelines and exception handlingOptimize freight costs while ensuring speed, reliability, and regulatory clearanceMaintain import-export data for audit, refund claims, and incentive eligibility✅ What We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in logistics, freight, or export-import rolesStrong grip on courier mode dispatches (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and freight forwarding workflowsPrior experience with eCommerce, electronics, or print manufacturing companies is preferredSolid understanding of Indian foreign trade policies, customs, and DGFT documentationAbility to independently handle RBI compliances, duty license closures, and shipping bill reconciliationExperience working with US, China, Korea, and EU shipments is highly desirableStrong communication, proactive problem-solving, and ownership mindset
