This role is focused on B2B sales, targeting brands looking to transition to Shopify or optimize their online stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and partnerships within the eCommerce, IT services, or SaaS sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales GrowthDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive Shopify adoption among brands as the key focus. .Identify and convert new business opportunities across domestic and global markets with a great focus on international business.Sell branding, design, development, and Shopify Plus services to businesses.Lead outreach efforts using LinkedIn, prospecting tools, cold outreach, and networking.Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to engage high-value clients.Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingSecure meetings, present service offerings, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless Shopify and eCommerce solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on eCommerce strategies and best practices.Market Expansion & Competitive IntelligenceFocus on global expansion, targeting brands looking to scale internationally.Stay updated with eCommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.Position KLOC as a go-to Shopify Plus Partner by showcasing expertise and cost advantages.Build a strong network with brands to drive partnership opportunities.Qualifications & Skills2 - 6 years of experience in business development. Proven experience in IT services, eCommerce, and Shopify sales especially in an agency set up. Strong connections with domestic and international brands.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Inbound Sales and outbound sales strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Key Performance IndicatorsAchievement of assigned revenue and sales targets.Growth in Shopify migration projects and eCommerce services.Expansion of client base, especially in international markets.High client satisfaction and retention rates.Strong network and partnerships with top brands.
