Position Overview:Job Title: Team Lead Volume Hiring- Business Delivery Education: Graduation/Post Graduation Experience: 8 to 12 Years in end-to-end recruitment Location: BangaloreMust Have:Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales and field operations in Gold Loan Industry(Mandatory). Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Graduation degree. Team Handling ExperienceJob Responsibilities:Volume Recruitment Leadership:Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Team Management:Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruiting capabilities. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Process Optimization:Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations. Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
