At Beebom, we’re building a Tech product named Beebom’s Gadget—a platform aimed at helping people make better purchase decisions when buying tech products. As a Catalog Associate, you’ll be responsible to manage and improve our product listings to make sure users get clear, accurate, and helpful information.Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in catalog or data entry roles (e-commerce preferred) - Good command of Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, data entry) - Familiarity with product upload tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms - Basic understanding of how product listings work in online stores - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and coordination skills - Basic understanding of product SEO (titles, descriptions, keywords) could be a PLUSResponsibilities:- Enter and update product details: titles, descriptions, specs, and images - Ensure correct categories, filters (e.g., size, color), and tags are assigned - Maintain consistency in naming conventions, formatting, and layout - Use spreadsheets to manage product uploads and updates - Assist in uploading product images following naming and size guidelines - Run basic quality checks to fix missing or incorrect product data - Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and updatesBe part of something NEW & exciting at Beebom.
