We are looking for a proactiveMEP Business Development Managerto drive growth in electrical turnkey contracting projects, collaborating closely with civil contractors on commercial and infrastructure developments. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with key industry players, and leading tender processes with a strong technical and financial understanding of electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Build and strengthen relationships with civil contractors, developers, and other stakeholders involved in large-scale commercial projects. - Identify and pursue leads from Architects, Design Consultants, and PMCs to secure BOQs and contract opportunities. - Conduct targeted market research to track industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects requiringMEP electrical expertise. - Lead tendering processes, ensuring precise cost estimation, equipment specifications, and contract negotiations. - Strategically drive revenue growth by leveraging business networks and partnerships. - Represent the company at industry events, enhancing visibility and business prospects. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in MEP electrical contracting and business development within commercial and infrastructure projects. - Strong technical expertise in electrical equipment selection, cost estimation, and project execution. - Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to engage industry stakeholders. - Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
