Job Description:We are looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in handling Payroll, Attendance Management, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations in the organization.Roles & Responsibilities:·Payroll Management:oProcess monthly payroll ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.oHandle statutory deductions (Provident Fund, ESI) and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.oMaintain payroll records and assist in audits.·Attendance & Leave Management:oMonitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.oAddress employee queries related to attendance and leave policies.oEnsure compliance with company attendance policies.·HR Operations:oAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.oMaintain and update employee records and files.oPrepare HR reports and assist with audits.·Compliance:oEnsure adherence to statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and other legal documentation.oSupport the team in ensuring full compliance with labor laws.·Employee Support:oAct as a point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, attendance, and other HR matters.oProvide assistance in resolving employee concerns and HR-related issues.Skills & Qualifications:·Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.·Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Payroll, Attendance, and Operations.·Skills:oKnowledge of HR softwareoStrong Excel skills.oFamiliarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.·Personal Attributes:oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.oDetail-oriented and highly organized.oAbility to handle confidential information.oTime management and multitasking ability.Preferred Skills:·Certification in HR or related courses.·Prior experience with payroll management tools or HRIS systems.Interested people can share your resume on
