About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Maintain candidate data and update trackers - Support the HR team in daily recruitment activitiesRequirements:- Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets - Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat You’ll Learn:- Real-time experience in recruitment and talent acquisition - Use of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools - Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and HR processes
