What You'll be doing:- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases. - Drive bulk hiring initiatives, walk-in drives, and job fairs to meet high-volume requirements. - Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely communication and coordination. - Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Schedule and manage interviews, especially during large-scale hiring drives. - Plan and execute large volume hiring campaigns across departments. - Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire. - Partner with business leaders to align on hiring targets and timelines. - Optimize recruitment processes using data insights and hiring metrics. - Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. - 3–6 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on bulk hiring. - Proficient in ATS, sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and recruitment tools. - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
