On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - Nexus Venture Partners, RTP Global, Steadview Capital and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.Role Description:The candidate at this position will lead the Enterprise sales agenda as an individual contributor and penetrate into major enterprise-level technology companies. The role will require candidates to create innovative ways to place Newton School candidates among large employers along with the account management team. The candidate should be able to analyze data, build a pipeline of opportunities, and building teams.Responsibilities :- Identify key players in the IT industry via extensive market research in accordance with the business strategy.- Meet and exceed sales targets that include individual as well as team targets.- Tracking sales goals and reporting when necessary.- Promoting the organisation in various forums by networking in the industry.- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and policymakers. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with corporate clients.- Should have/be willing to create a wide networking base across MNCs for Business Development.- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Linkedin, Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB, etc.).- Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with strong attention to detail.Key Skills :- 5-10 years' quota-carrying sales experience typically into B2B corporate sales.
