Position: IT Bench Sales Recruiter (OPT/CPT/GC/H1B) Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Are you a driven and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong track record in OPT resource placements?Do you have deep knowledge of U.S. visa processes, EEOC compliance, and the IT staffing landscape If you’re skilled in business communication, negotiation, and building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities • Market and Manage OPT/CPT/H1B/GC cadidates Actively market consultants to implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. • Build and Maintain Vendor & Client Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with vendors, recruiters, and end clients to secure project placements.• Job Sourcing & Submission: Identify relevant IT opportunities through job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. • Candidate Profile Enhancement: Assist consultants with resume formatting, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation. • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and align expectations with clients while ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines. • Track Submissions & Pipeline: Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and candidate pipelines using ATS or Excel.Requirements :Proven experience in IT Bench Sales and US staffing industry • In-depth understanding of various work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, EAD) • Strong knowledge of current IT trends, technologies, and in-demand skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, SAP, Oracle, ETL, etc.)• Proficiency in using job portals, ATS systems, and MS Office tools • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Why Join Us? • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives • Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding team • Collaborative and energetic work culture • Flexible work environment focused on results, not hours • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation and impact.
