With operations scaling rapidly, we are seeking dynamic US Technical Recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.Role OverviewAs a US Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier IT talent, collaborating with vendors and consultants, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of client needs. This is a fully on-site role in Hyderabad, aligned to US business hours.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles (W2 & C2C) - Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases - Work directly with implementation partners, vendors, and clients - Maintain and update ATS and internal trackers accurately - Negotiate rates, schedule interviews, and follow through post-placement - Drive proactive bench sales and engage with the active consultant pool - Build and maintain a strong vendor and candidate network - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure consultant success on projects - Ensure compliance with US tax terms and hiring regulations - Foster strong internal collaboration and contribute to team KPIsRequirements- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (mandatory) - Solid understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) - Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities - Demonstrated experience with vendor management and bench marketing - Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR/Recruitment is a plus - Willingness to work PST hours and occasionally extend when needed - Experience using modern ATS tools and job portalsReady to Make an Impact?If you’re passionate about recruitment, ready to scale your career, and eager to work in a performance-driven, collaborative team, apply now and join us at The AES Group, Inc.!
