If so, we want to hear from you!As a Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in expanding our footprint by:- Leveraging your existing connections to generate new business leads. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with procurement teams and key client stakeholders. - Identifying and attracting open IT consulting/staffing roles that align with our expertise. - Collaborating closely with our delivery team to ensure timely and high-quality candidate submissions. - Driving the entire sales cycle, from initial requirement to successful closure. - Supporting significant revenue growth through consistent and focused sales efforts. - Maintaining clear communication and reporting on your sales pipeline and closures.What you'll bring:- 6–10 years of proven experience in IT consulting/staffing sales. - Strong established connections within procurement/vendor management teams. - A demonstrated ability to produce high-quality candidates quickly through seamless internal coordination. - A self-driven approach combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
