Analyst I – Talent Acquisition Location: MumbaiRole Purpose We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within our organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Duties & Responsibilities : Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities. Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including offer letter generation and background checks. Connect regularly with offered candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the pre-onboarding journey. Ensure that a healthy offer-to-join ratio is maintained.Knowledge, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
