This role is focused on resume marketing (bench sales), handling technically skilled consultants, and submitting them to U.S.-based clients and Tier 1 vendors in the engineering, automation, and life sciences sectors.If you have worked directly in the Automation or MES industry for 2+ years and are now looking to transition into a U.S. staffing recruiter role - this opportunity is for you.Key Industries Covered:- Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, DCS) - Manufacturing & Engineering (Controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Design) - Medical Devices & Life Sciences (MES, QA, CSV, Process Engineering) - Pharmaceuticals & Biotech (MES, Quality, Validation, Regulatory)Your Responsibilities:- Market and submit Automation/MES/Engineering candidates to clients and vendors in the U.S. - Leverage platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn to source and submit profiles. - Understand detailed technical job requirements and match with consultants on bench. - Format and present resumes professionally as per client submission standards. - Maintain submission tracker and ensure follow-ups for interviews and feedback. - Coordinate directly with Tier 1 vendors, MSPs, and clients on submissions and pipeline. - Ensure candidates are interview-ready and help schedule/follow up through final selection. - Work closely with internal sourcing/recruitment team for resume availability and demand alignment.Mandatory Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on work experience in the Automation / PLC / SCADA / MES domain (any industry - Pharma, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to transition into a U.S. staffing recruiter role - Willingness to work U.S. night shift from our Hyderabad office (onsite only) - Good understanding of U.S. work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) - Ability to understand and communicate technical skills and job requirementsPreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) - Prior exposure to bench sales, U.S. staffing, resume submissions is a plus but not required - Strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn the U.S. staffing process
