The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and developing DEI-focused hiring initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle Recruitment:Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from strategy to offer management, focusing on a high volume of roles within technology and financial services. Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, TA leads, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles. Strategic Hiring Planning:Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business demands, leveraging knowledge of the fintech industry, tech stacks, and market trends. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:Ensure recruitment processes align with industry standards, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements. DEI Hiring Initiatives:Design and implement DEI-focused hiring strategies, including female hiring, women returnship programs, and initiatives for LGBTQ and PWD candidates. Data-driven Decision Making:Utilize strong analytical skills to measure recruitment metrics, enhance processes, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. Excellent Communication:Deliver clear and effective communication across stakeholders, candidates, and business leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.Qualifications and Skills Required: Experience:6-7 years of talent acquisition experience within Telecom or similar industries. Location:Must be based in Pune, India. Recruitment Skills:Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for technical and financial roles. (Note: Only sourcing experience is not sufficient). Volume Hiring Experience:Comfortable managing high recruitment volumes with a focus on efficiency and quality. Stakeholder Management:Skilled in managing relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and candidates. Compliance Knowledge:Familiarity with regulatory norms and compliance standards within fintech. Analytical Skills:Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and strategy development.
