KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPlan, calendarize and execute monthly digital and SM activities by creating a robust pipeline for all businesses. Create and deliver the entire Digital-Social strategy for brand Avendus with the help of our Agency partner. LinkedIn |X | Instagram | YouTube You will be responsible for managing our agency partner on a day-to-day basis for website maintenance, social media planning and work closely with them on growing our digital presence both in numbers and quality. You will be responsible for content accuracy and visual appeal of outputs while ensuring that the Avendus brand and identity is correctly represented Create briefs that are detailed for both stand-alone creatives and campaigns. Create impact reports that consolidate audience insights that will enable the team to make decisions or pivot to improve our digital presence and campaign performance Analysing data by creating a digital dashboard that will give a one shot view of digital performance across channels. Support each business with their positioning on SM, Website and SEO. Stay updated on current digital trends and add value at every level from a digital perspective Monthly reporting on digital progress Collaborate with your internal teams for compliance and legal clearance as and when requiredWebsite: Ensure all uploads coming from various teams are checked, approved and then uploaded in a timely manner on our website. Prioritizing uploads like legal and compliance and keeping internal parties informed Ensuring timely creation of microsites and special pages Grow our unique website visitors SEO and SEM (with Agency partner) for the brand to ensure Avendus businesses are represented robustly across channels and platforms where our industry is represented. You will ensure Avendus keywords remain listed as top on Google SERP. Website audits, pivots and refresh as required. Monthly meetings with the SEO agency partner to ensure things are on track and take necessary measures in case of any gaps.Social Media: Manage the Agency partner on a day-to-day basis to achieve the best creative and growth output on a monthly basis. Huddle regularly and inspire others for innovative and impactful social media outcomes Set maker-checkers for creative copy, design, captions and hashtags to ensure zero-errors Direct Video and Audio production for social amplification Create awareness about Avendus social media within the organization by auditing our leadership’s social media activity from time to time on LinkedIn. Build an internal network that works within the firm to improve employee SM activity. Guide the top management for posting on social media to build their personal brand visibility on platforms. Actively track online mentions across the web and SM + intercept any negative publicity, comment or mention before it escalates. Grow our social media followers, impressions and engagement rates as per agreed targets. Monthly meetings with the SM agency team to measure performance.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Minimum of 4 years in the marketing function of a reputed B2B organization/ client servicing at a reputed digital marketing agency Excellent formal communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Prior experience of handling creative/digital marketing agencies Sharp eye for content and design Excellent organizer and experienced in setting and managing expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Exceptional at Powerpoint and Excel.
