The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for non-IT roles such as healthcare, clinical research, accounting, finance, logistics, and administrative positions for clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based Non-IT roles. - Source candidates through job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal databases. - Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and client expectations. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures. - Ensure compliance with US employment regulations (W2, C2C, 1099). - Maintain accurate documentation using ATS tools and internal systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 to 4 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, employment types, and visa classifications. - Experience hiring in domains such as healthcare, pharma, finance, logistics, or admin. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions. - Comfortable working in US EST night shift.Preferred:- Experience with VMS and ATS platforms. - Prior exposure to working with direct clients or MSPs. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.If you're a motivated recruiter looking to grow your career in US Non-IT staffing, we’d love to hear from you!
