Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract qualified candidates. Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct credential verification, background checks, and ensure compliance with all healthcare hiring regulations. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and healthcare hiring best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with at least 1 year in healthcare recruitment. Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
