For more details, please visit Immediate joiners are preferred Job Location:Bengaluru (Work from office-Manyata Tech park)Job Responsibilities :Should act as a Talent Advisor & partner with stakeholders to understand the hiring needs. Discuss and agree on the skill requirement & behavioral competencies needed for success in each role by conducting detailed Job Intake sessions. Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, soliciting internal referrals, participating in events to reach out to qualified pool of potential candidates. Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities. Promote Concentrix as an employer of choice & builds out talent networks through a diverse mix of sources. Conduct Market Mapping for open positions & develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability. Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire & partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages / Benefits and facilitate negotiation with candidates Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding. Should be able to multitask, plan and be self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and customer engagement across all open positions Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
