Field Recruiter – Chennai, Bangalore, Pune Experience:2–3 years Company:Compass Group Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline and operational roles across Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various field roles Coordinate with business units to understand hiring needs Manage candidate interviews and selection processes Facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth candidate experience Maintain recruitment data and reports Qualifications: 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in field or volume hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Experience in facilities, food services, or related sectors is a plus
