CTC: Maximum gross up to 21 LPAJob Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources function at our corporate office, overseeing multiple manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR policy formulation, recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, and statutory compliance. This role demands on-ground operational understanding, practical experience in plant HR, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Policy & Systems: Design, implement, and standardize HR policies across all units. Ensure policies are practical, enforceable, and aligned with legal/statutory requirements. Monitor compliance and update policies as required. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant roles. Coordinate with plant HR teams to forecast and fulfill manpower needs. Ensure a robust onboarding and induction program. 3. Performance Management System (PMS): Implement and maintain a structured PMS across locations. Drive performance appraisal cycles, KPI alignment, and feedback mechanisms. Guide plant HR in linking performance to rewards and development plans. 4. Payroll & Compensation Management: Oversee centralized payroll processing and ensure error-free, timely disbursal. Maintain salary structures, incentive schemes, and statutory deductions. Coordinate with finance and compliance teams. 5. Statutory Compliance & Government Liaison: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, factory acts, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with statutory bodies (PF, ESIC, labor office, etc.) and handle inspections/audits. Support plants in managing their local compliance. 6. Coordination Across Units: Act as a bridge between the corporate office and multiple manufacturing sites. Support and mentor plant HR teams. Ensure consistency in policies and HR practices across locations. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline. 12+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Must have worked across multiple plant locations with hands-on, ground-level HR exposure. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi/local language as applicable). Corporate office experience is a must; should be capable of managing from the top while staying grounded.
