The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying candidate needs and sourcing to screening and onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.
