Headquartered in India, we are dedicated to advancing human health through cutting-edge medical devices, life sciences research, and next-generation healthcare technologies.Our multidisciplinary teams work across clinical research, biotechnology, AI, and custom technical software development—empowering healthcare professionals with smarter tools and digital ecosystems.Job Title: Technical Recruiter – AI, Web & Software DevelopmentLocation: Vapi, GujaratKey Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing & Screening: - Hunt down top-tier talent in AI (ML, DL, NLP), Web Development (frontend/backend/full-stack), and general Software Engineering. - Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and strategic networking. - Candidate Engagement: - Conduct detailed technical screenings to evaluate coding skills, project experience, and cultural fit. - Serve as the candidate's trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. - Collaboration: - Partner with engineering, product, and R&D leaders to define role requirements and technical must-haves. - Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes. - End-to-End Recruitment: - Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Coordinate and schedule technical assessments, interviews, and feedback loops efficiently.Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment. - Looking for Immediate Joiners (1-15 days) for Domestic Recruitment - Proven expertise in hiring for AI/ML, Web Development (React, Angular, Node, etc.),Full Stack, Devops, Data Scientists and Software Development roles. - Understanding of tech stacks, system architecture, and software lifecycle. - Exceptional communication skills with a knack for decoding both candidate expectations and hiring manager cryptics. - Analytical mindset with the ability to generate recruiting data and insights.Preferred Bonus Points- Technical background (e.g., B.Tech/MCA or certifications in programming or AI). - Familiarity with developer communities and open-source forums.
