Role :Specialist - Candidate ScreeningLocation :Hyderabad & BangaloreShift time :9:30 am - 6:30 pm / 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm ISTRoles and Responsibilities :Screening/Shortlisting ● Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates. ● Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles. ● Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies. ● Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries. ● Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas. ● Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. ● Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.Continuous improvement● Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s. ● Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools. ● Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies. ● Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives. ● Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes. ● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve future processes. ● Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices. ● Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall recruitment strategies.Job Requirement :● Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing) ● Experience of working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment ● 1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred ● Stakeholder management on Operational management level ● Strong communication and organizational skills ● Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail ● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivityKnowledge ● BPO/customer services/in-bound/out-bound client services/KPO/RPO etc. ● screening/CV shortlisting/quality management ● attention to detail
