This is astrategic and hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who understands the pace and precision required to recruit top technical and blue-collar talent in the manufacturing domain. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level roles, with focus on plant operations, engineering, production, and corporate functions. Develop hiring strategies aligned with business expansion and seasonal workforce demands. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both white- and blue-collar roles across Karnataka and South India. Drive volume hiring through consultancy partnerships, job fairs, and local outreach. Leverage ATS systems, job portals, and digital hiring platforms efficiently. HR Operations & Leadership Oversee core HR functions including compliance, labor laws, workforce planning, and grievance handling. Implement employee engagement strategies tailored to the shop-floor and plant workforce. Partner with plant heads and functional leaders to align HR practices with operational excellence. Manage a small HR team and set performance objectives. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with external agencies, government labor departments, and community leaders. Maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and consultancy partners.
