If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in ad campaigns, content strategy, and audience engagement, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize International paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram YouTube and TikTok. Develop and implement data-driven social media performance marketing strategies to improve awareness, CPC, CTR, and conversions. Manage and optimize ad creatives and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness. Track and analyse social media performance metrics to drive growth and engagement. Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing creatives and video assets. Develop and execute an International organic social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement. Manage International influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand reach. Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Requirements: ✅ 2-4 years of experience in social media performance marketing and social media management. ✅ Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads. ✅ Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike targeting, and retargeting strategies. ✅ Hands-on experience with A/B testing ✅ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad performance tools. ✅ Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. ✅ Excellent communication and project management skills.To Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resumes via email to amruta.jamdade@.
