Job Description

The HR Executive (Onboarding SPOC is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees for the org.Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Boarding Activities: ✓ Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to gather necessary information about new hires. ✓ Ensure that the pre-onboarding forms are filled. 2. Onboarding Coordination: ✓ Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions – HR and Business ( from day1 to day 7 as applicable) ✓ Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure that new employees have the necessary equipment, access, and workspace on their first day. 3. New Hire Support: ✓ Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process. ✓ Facilitate introductions and connections between new hires and their team members, managers, and other key contacts within the organization. 4. Documentation and Compliance: ✓ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities, getting all compliance forms signed and submitted as applicable ✓ Ensure that all onboarding documentation is properly filed ✓ Monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires and relevant departments as needed. 5. Continuous Improvement: ✓ Gather feedback from new hires and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.Required Skills and Qualifications: ✓ Education: Bachelor's degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✓ Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Skills ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✓ Strong organizational and time management abilities. ✓ Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. ✓ Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite. ✓ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
