Job Description

- Position Title - Area Sales Manager-Judge (General Trade) - Location – Hyderabad (Will be accountable for the Entire Telangana) - Total Experience - 5 to 14 Years (Minimum in a Similar Role) - Qualification - MBA (Full Time is compulsory) - Report to the Branch Sales Manager - Direct Reporting - Yes (3 to 4 Employees approx.) - Languages Known- English, Telugu, Hindi (Preferred) - Industry- FMCD/Consumer Durable/Electrical & FMCG /TelcomKey Responsibilities:- Sales & Distribution Expansion: Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring widespread availability of products in key markets. - Trade Marketing Execution: Implement and monitor trade promotions, ensuring timely and effective execution to boost sales and brand presence. - In-Store Merchandising: Oversee the placement and presentation of products in retail outlets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and maximizing visibility. - Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive sales and resolve issues promptly. - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage. - Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.Remarks-- Good Communication Skills & clarity of thought in terms of the Sales Process. - Looking for a stable candidate (Frequent job changes will not be considered. - Strong Exposure to Channel Sales is compulsory. - Local Candidates are preferred. - Team Handling is compulsory (Compulsory to handle On Roll Team Only) - Strong data analytical skills (Working knowledge of Excel is essential) - Willingness to travel a minimum of 10 to 12 days. ·
